Thank You!

The best way is to use our Online Booking Form to email us all of the details we need to book your party or event. Upon confirming availability, your paperwork will be generated from our booking system and emailed to you for approval.
IMPORTANT! Please be sure to provide the location of your party if it is not being held at your home. Double check the numbers and information when you approve your agreement. This is where your entertainer will be sent!
How to Book a Princess Party :

Deposit :
There is a $50 Deposit due on any service. Your time slot is not reserved until the deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you have not already paid your balance through the paypal link on your contract that was emailed to you then please have payment ready at the end of the event so that your Princess can make a graceful exit.
Payment :
We are happy to travel to your home or to any Venue that you are holding your event. The Venue Street Address that you provided on the Booking Form is where we will send your Costumed Character, therefore, it is important that you provide us with the correct Venue Street Address.
For example, if you are having the party at home, please provide your full home address BUT if you are having your party at a park or recreation center or any other address besides your home, then please provide the complete name and address of the park/building/area.
Travel for artists and actors to events that are 40 Miles or less round trip via Mapquest from our offices in Bexley, Ohio 43209, are free for you. It is $1 per mile thereafter. Your event location address will determine if there is a travel fee.
Venue Street Address :
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel the event, the retainer is not refunded. When the event is rescheduled within one year, the retainer fee will be credited toward the new event. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event start time, payment is due in full. Should we become sick or have an emergency, the retainer will be refunded if we cannot find a replacement entertainer for your event. We will make every effort to find a replacement artist for your event, and we have many entertainers to serve you.
Cancellations :
Princess Party Basics:

We ask that you do not permit older children to ruin the magic for the youngsters by teasing or making negative comments about the authenticity of your party character.
Siblings & Older Children :

We recommend that you book your characters for 30 minutes after the guests' arrival time to ensure everyone has arrived and no one misses part of the performance.
Arrival Time :

Plenty of dry, sheltered, level space is required. Our characters wear elaborate costumes and can easily trip and fall on unleveled ground, and due to the delicacy of our costumes, dry ground and shelter is a must.
Please understand that we often have several parties in one day, and having the performance area ready when we arrive greatly helps to keep us on schedule for the rest of the day.
Reserved parking near the entrance is also very helpful for our Princesses in heels and trains.

Feedback :

Gratuity is never required or expected, but if you feel your performer was above your expectations, you may feel free to enclose a tip with your payment if you wish.
Gratuity :

Parents are always welcome to take candid photos and videos throughout the event. Please save posed photos for the Meet and Greet portion of the show & also feel free to share your photos with us either through email or our facebook page. We would love to see them!
Photos and Video:

Our actors and actresses have been trained in and have rehearsed our show to perfection. Please sit back, relax and enjoy the show with your children and guests. We promise, you are in good hands. While some small things can be changed a bit at the whim of the birthday child, please understand that we do have a schedule to maintain in order to complete all the activities we have planned for your event.
Performance :
We recommend you book as early as possible to ensure availability of your preferred Date and Time. We are currently booking approximately 6-8 weeks in advance but we will accept short notice bookings if we have entertainers available.
